Greg began his career as a stand-up comedian while he was attending Boston University, and was pursuing his undergraduate degree. Fitzsimmons has since appeared on several programs such as Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, Chelsea Lately, The Howard Stern Show, and “Life on Stage” which was an one-hour Comedy Central special. In the year 2001, at the HBO US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado, he won “The Jury Award for Best Comedian”.
