Anthony Davis, professionally known as Anthony Marshon Davis Jr., is a professional basketball player of American origin. He’s a player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association. He’s known for playing the power forward and centre positions. With the 2012 US Olympic Team, he also earned the Gold Medal.

Perspectives Charter School was the school where he used to study since grade six and also played high school basketball for the school. The school was highly known for its academic pursuits but was not very successful in athletic fields. He initially did not receive much attention but the good times soon came when he was rated as the number 1 player by scout.com in the class of 2011. Soon, he received a scholarship from the Syracuse University.
It was in the August of 2010 that Davis got a chance to play in the Nike Global Challenge which took place in Hillsboro, Oregon.
