Woodrow Tracy Harrelson (59) is an American actor and write and director. He was born in Midland, Texas on 23rd July 1961 to Diane Lou Oswald who was a secretary and Charles Voyde Harrelson who was a convicted hitman. His father was sentenced to life for killing a Federal judge in 1979 and died in 2007 while in prison serving his sentence.
