Misty Copeland is a very famous ballerina. She is a dancer who made history by becoming the first Afro-American principal dancer in the American Ballet Theatre. This happened after 75 years of the organization’s history. Misty has to stay with her dance teacher Bradley, as her home was very far from the dance studio. She stayed with him for around three years and focused completely on her dance techniques. But this sought of became a problem and a matter of conflict between the dance teacher and her mom. Her mom wanted Misty to stay with her but the dance teacher wanted her to focus on her career. Later on, the conflict was resolved when Misty emerged as a great ballet dancer in the world.

Misty is a 36-year-old woman who is happily married to Olu Evans. He is an entrepreneur and a lawyer. They have been married since 2016. The couple tied the knot in a very intimate wedding ceremony on 31st July. The wedding took place at the Montage Hotel in Laguna Beach, California.
