Kavanaugh has attended the private Roman Catholic Primary and Secondary schools and also Georgetown Preparatory School for his higher-school years. His career in law was greatly inspired by the lives and experiences of his parents. His father, for more than 20 years, served as the President of the Cosmetics, Toiletry and Fragrance Association and attended law school at night.
